Before payment
Availability, inclusions and the final INR price are confirmed before payment.
Products and downloads
Report transit damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours with photographs. Eligible unused goods require written return approval.
Bookings
Cancellation and rescheduling windows are stated in the written booking or enrolment confirmation.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.
